Appendix RR shows the local traffic routes into and out of the site via 5 Munderah Street, Wahroonga. The application appears to lack rigorous traffic movement analysis as the Ada Avenue/Pacific Highway intersection is difficult and slow for traffic exiting Ada Avenue. 

There is concern that traffic will be made much worse by the addition of slow moving and large construction trucks.  A large construction truck seeking to turn right from Ada Avenue into the Pacific Highway would totally block the single lane Ada Avenue (at a point about 30 metres from the Pacific Highway) to all northbound traffic whilst waiting to turn against oncoming traffic.

The heavy construction vehicle movement would also negatively impact on students crossing Ada Avenue from Abbotsleigh.
