Ku-ring-gai Councillors will vote on Ku-ring-gai’s FINAL TOD Preferred Housing Scenario for gazettal by the NSW Planning Minister Paul Scully.  Ku-ring-gai must do this if it is to stop the NSW Government imposing its own undemocratic ‘one size fails all’ Transport Oriented Development (TOD) around Roseville, Lindfield, Killara and Gordon railway stations. 

An Extraordinary Public Forum will be held on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 at 7:30pm where you can express your views. You need to register HERE before 5pm WED 21 May 2025.

The final TOD Preferred Housing Scenario will be considered by Ku-ring-gai Council at an Extraordinary Meeting of Council on Thursday, 22 May 2025 at 7:30pm at the Ku-ring-gai Council Chambers, Level 3, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon. You can view the report HERE 

Despite Ku-ring-gai Council’s strategic planning for the TOD’s mandatory 23,200 dwellings, it is being inundated with 19 State Significant Developments (SSDs), with more expected, and which circumvent local government controls and which will be assessed by the NSW Government.
