We are writing to ask why council did not comply with Section 10A(2) of NSW Local Government Act 1993 and Model Code of Meeting Practise in voting to proceed in confidential to debate the council officer’s report and recommendation for GB16 (a matter of important public interest) at council’s meeting last night?
