Ku-ring-gai’s TOD Future – Mon 31 March 2025

Ku-ring-gai Council will be holding an Extraordinary Council meeting on the preferred Transport Oriented Development (TOD) scenarios for Roseville, Lindfield, Killara and Gordon.

This rezoning proposal includes rezoning for apartment buildings of heights from 5-28 storeys or more (with a 30% affordable housing uplift, increasing the number of storeys).  These new standards will set a precedent across Ku-ring-gai.

Please attend the Public Forum at 5pm followed by the Extraordinary Council meeting at 7pm on MONDAY 31 March 2025.

Please register to speak at the Council Forum by 5pm SUNDAY 30 March 2025
