
Alister Henskins SC MP for Wahroonga and Matt Cross MP for Davidson met with FOKE about NSW Labor’s new Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Planning System Reforms) Bill 2025.
Both MPs listened to our concerns that the Bill would:

- centralise power
- remove local democracy
- remove environmental protections
- increase risk of corruption
