Recently FOKE met with Ku-ring-gai residents facing Transport Oriented Development (TOD) State Significant Development (SSD) rezonings for 8-10 storeys in their neighbourhood.  

The consensus was that the NSW Housing Policy fails good planning and entrenches unaffordable housing.  

FOKE thanks the residents who joined this important meeting to work together to pressure the NSW Government to stop this disastrous planning policy.
