It is with great disappointment that FOKE has to inform residents that this blatant overdevelopment – the residential flat building with in-fill affordable housing at 5-9 Cowan Road, St Ives (SSD-88948458) – was APPROVED by the NSW Government.

The NSW Department of Planning has written and informed FOKE that the Executive Director has APPROVED the application for the Residential flat building with in-fill affordable housing at 5-9 Cowan Road, St Ives (SSD-88948458 ).
